Roger in pain

It will be a week from tomorrow that Roger start having a back pain.  He was fine until for a sudden he said his mid left back hurt so bad that he coudn't find any comfortable spot specially at night. We all thought it just because he spent more time sitting infront of his computer.  I gave him a massage for a thought he move into a wrong direction and dislocate a bone.

Even he was hurting he still went to work.  He had been suffering but pain,  having sleepless night and but did not stop him from going to work.  This weekend we are hoping he will be fine but looks like his pain still the same so we decided he need to call hos doctor.  We are Hoping nothing major that we have to worry.

Calling the doctor probably the best decision we did.  Tomorrow Roger still be going work.  Praying ang hoping everything is fine.

Lunch With my BFF and her hubby

Weekend is the time to spend with your loveones.  Today we had lunch with Liza and her husband Steve. It has been a while we did saw Steve.  Roger and him have something to catch hp amd not counting the girls misses him.

We have simple lunch hamburger, hotdog and ribs for the Americans to eat while for us the pinoys we have our Pinoy dish eggplant salad and bilo bilo for dessert.  Hay busog ang bata.

Moment like this is what we miss.  No parties but yet we had fun because we spent time with family.

Leona's 10 year Check Up

Last August 24th Leona had her regular yearly check up.  She weight 110 lbs thats 10 lbs more my weigjt when I got here in America.  This is not good for Leona she is 10 years old and weigh that high.  She is obese according to BMI.  But to think about she is a tall girl.   They did cholesterol check on her and found out her cholesterol was high 211.  Her pedia suggested to do fasting and have her blood work done to get more acurate result and he added to do blood work for her thyroid.

A week after result came and yeah her cholesterol is high 194 and showing a problem on her thyroid.  This is a wake up call for me and to everyone in the familyto be more cautious.  With regards to Leona she just need to do excercise in order to lose weight.  This will help her cholesterol go down.  In six months they will do more test to see where shes at that time.  

Leona's yearly check up gives us a lesson to be healthy and to lose weight...we all need to lose weight.  We'll see where we at after 6 months.

Moving Again

Once again my family and i are moving to a new house.  I hate moving.  Right now i only have couple more days to finish packing but i don't know where to start.  I want to get rid some of my stuff.  But behind my mind someone is saying what if I need them?  So I guess keep them.


Whaaaa here I am getting paranoid while my family are downstairs relaxing watching TV.  Its good for them.  Wait until  I blow up.  They will hear some nasty words from me.  And pretty sure they won't like it.

My Grandma

My grandma loves watching any tv shows about cooking or gardening. She was at my house one day and wanted to turn on HGTV. I turned it on and there was a show on about landscaping your own yard. My grandma went on and on about how pretty the flowers were and how vibrant the colors were. She told me that tv shows look better on my tv than they do on here. I told her it was probably because we were watching the show in HD. She said that she thinks her tv has HD, but she does not know which channels come in HD. I googled “HD Direct TV” and found out exactly which channels she has that come in HD. I printed the list of channels for her and she was so excited. Later that night she called me and was so happy about watching tv in HD. She said that she feels like she does not even have to wear her glasses any more when watching tv. I love my grandma and how the smallest things can make her so happy.

Wedding Day

The girls are looking forward to Sara's wedding.  Sara is Rogers cousins daughter.  Sara is also Leona's godmother. Sara is getting married to Jeremy.  They have been together for over 7 years I think.  Leona will be the juniors bridesmaid and Angel the flower girl.  This is the first time that the girls will be part of the wedding ceremony.  They already have their clothes. Now i just have to get them their shoes.  I found out it is hard to find a navy blue shoes.  Now that I need to buy them one you think i can find them anywhere>  i was wrong.  Right now i don't care with the price I just need to buy one as soon as possible. 

The wedding is on June 16th.  We just received their informal invitation with the couples picture. I also received the bridal shower invitations and that will be on April 22.  Now I have another one to worry about.  I need to get them a nice gift.  Denise Sara's mother are been so good to us.  As payback I want to get a nice gift for the bridal shower.  This is the 2nd time that the girls will be in a bridal shower.  I just love to do things together with my girls.  With all this activities this will bring us more closer.

On June 16th it will be an exciting day for all of us.  Not just he girls will be part of the wedding but Sara and Jeremy will be finally married.  We wish them both happiness.  This is nice for Roger, the girls and I to have a family bonding time.  Mama will not be going this time. 

Hoping this day will be nice sunny day not to hot.  It is a garden wedding. 

A Surprise birthday party

Last March 10th some of my good friends did a surprise birthday party. It was so nice of them. I must done something that is why they did this for me. It was a very nice party. It was my 1st birthday party since I got here in US.

Everyone brought foods. We have ton of foods. That was a ideal party for me that I did not worry kn what I will be cooking.

I maybe aware of this party but still I was surprise. I only expect few friends but a lot of friends came over.

For this 36th birthday this is one of the memorable birthday.

Don's Surprise Birthday Part

Last Saturday March 3rd we went to a 50th birthday party of a friend name Don. His girlfriend Liz set up this surprise party for him. Everyone brought their special dish.

With all the people around there were no enoigj food. There was a roast pig but it is still a baby. It was a good party. Everyone had fun. The celebrant had fun as well.

Anyone who had a party organized by loveones and closefriends are priceless. I know there is supposed to be a surprise birthday partu for me.:-). I'll tell you about that on my next post.

I may not won a house but husband i want to have a decent things in the house.  At least we can see where our money went.  we already have a nice furnitures, dining set now we are workin g to get a matching bureaus for the girls for their bed room.  We are also thinking to get a new PC in the house a laptop is better one it will save us space.  Anyway we have a wireless internet.  This is what I want HP Envy Spectre Ultrabook.  Looks like light to me. 

Happy Birthday To me

March 1st 1976 the month, day and year i was born. I was born on a leap year. Good thing I did not born on Februrary 29 if that the case I will be 9 years now then. I turned 36 today. I had fun. I stayed home did mot go to work. I spent the day hanging in the house. It was nice. For a change no kids even husband. Just mama and I.

I received greetings all iver the world. Imee and Mercy came over and stayed for supper. I had fun. We had home made chinese food for supper. I made ftied rice, lomein and all meat eggroll. The girls made me cake. Angel made a special birthday song while Leona made me a ring.

It os nice to know that there are a lot of people out there who lkve and care for you. Roger said I deserve it anyway i am a good person. Oh thank you hon.

36 today thank you God for another year.

birthday party @ Work

it was so nice of my coworkers did something for me for my birthday. because I already had a schedule time off on my birthday they did something yester February 29th. The did decorate my cube. Then now everyone who walked by my cube knew it was my birthday. Dottie gave me a gits a nice necklace. Dottie mad me a cake as well. Everyone enjoyed and loved the cake. So do I I love the good treat. It is nice to know a lot of people cared for you.

I must be a good person then. Thank to my PharMerica people.

Small house

I never thought I would have a house big enough for ADT Security Cameras, but really you don't have to have a mansion of a house. I love my home, it is where I brought each of children home from the hospital to and where I have so many wonderful memories. It may not be a mansion, but I want it to be protected. Having an alarm system makes me feel like I am doing everything I can to keep my family and my house safe. Of course things happen, I am not one of those people that thinks bad things shouldn't happen to good people. I know that struggles make you stronger. I also know that I can feel good knowing that I have done everything in my power to keep my family safe. I just don't want to have any regrets when it comes to my family. They are the most important thing to me. So, I decided that a small monthly fee was no big deal to help me feel safe and make sure my home is not disrupted.

Kids Bucket List

Both my daugthers Leona and Angel gave us a list of what they want to do amd place they want to go. We listed them as their bucket list. Husband and I keep telling the girls that we don't have much money but we always do simething for them. Every summer we alwaus go somewhere fun for the whole family. We want to make it sure we build enoigh good memory on our girls. That when they get old they will remember that mom and dad always do something fun for the family.

Going to Disney world is one of the place they want to go. Anyway Roger and I are talking that maybe we will be going to Orlando Florida. In Orlando Florida there are a lot things to do. Like going to the beach and of course the disney world. It might cost a lot of money but we know for sure the girls face will be priceless.

If we are going to Florida Roger already did a little bit research. We will be staying in one of the Orlando hotels. Rogers Aunt and Uncle own a time square we are hoping we can used their share. These should help us save a lot. Anywhere were we are going ti stay we make it sure it feels like home. Because more or less we will be staying at least a week.

Now we have this solid plan. Roger and I need to work harder to be anle to the big family vacation that my girls love to go. This will be deleted from their bucket list.

Day trip to Asian Store

It has been a while since I went to Kam Man Store (an Asian store)  @ Quincy, Ma. Today the family went to Kam Man.  I received my advance birthday presents from Roger  Angel. Not to count we bought some good foods that we all love.






This lighted Angel is from my Angel.  It was so nice and thoughtful of her to buy me this.  She knows how much i love Angel.  She used to buy this with her own money. 

 

This is a maneko Neko iterally "Beckoning Cat"; also known as Welcoming Cat, Lucky Cat, Cat Swipe, Money cat, or Fortune Cat.  This is also one of my wants lists that my husband gave me.  This is one of my birthday gift.  It is not yet my birthday but feels like it is already.

This big wall fan decoration is a fan i had been wanting to have.  it has dragon which is my Chinese sign and this year is year of the dragon.  i do believe this is my year.  So far luck are keep coming.  Finally after a long wait of waiting her it is.  Thanks to my husband for giving this. 




By just going to the store together with the whole family was fun.  That is how we are.  Simple things makes everyone happy especially if the whole family in it.

Family day

Saturday movie day was not in our plan for the weekend. But Yna text me Saturday afternoon if I am interested to watch Journey 2 Mysterious Island. She had a 5 free tickets with pop corn and soda. So why not right? I may already have plan for the weekend but for a free movie and everyone in the family can go for free. The theater is in Warwick Rhode Island we did go.

Thanks to Yna. The family had fun. We went to have dinner with Cindy, her mom and the kids.

Looking forward for weekend

It's Saturday and here I am wide awake since 5:30. Why is it that on weekdays I am looking forward for weekend to come so that I can able to sleep not at least 7am. And weekdays seems hard to open your eyes you still want to sleep and stay and bed. Because I have work I have to drag myself in getting up. Here Saturday I don't need to but I am awake even earlier if I am working. So much for looking forward to sleep right?

Anyway I will be a little bit busy this weekend. I will be doing my grocery, maybe do shopping for myself and watch Journey 2 with my family this afternoon.

Walking on Heels

I love wearing heels but one thing I don't like is the noise of my steps. It is me or my shoes. Making noise more on if I wear high heels an stilleto high heels. As others said it is normal of you wearing heels but it annoys me. So I am so conscious if I make that loud noise myself.

I just wish I know what to do to avoid making too much noise. My co-worker recognize me if it is me though the sound of my steps. I am thinking maybe I can put rubber at the bottom of my shoe.

Saying Good Bye

It is hard to say good bye to someone even they are not close to our heart how much more on someone you love especially saying good bye as you are aware that you will not able to see this person anymore.  Last Thursday February 9th, 2012 Dave Denise's husband passed away.  Denise is Rogers' cousin whom so very good to my family.  Since Roger and I get married they become part of our lives. 

Dave used to do caterings in fact when Roger and I got married in church 11 years ago he did our food.  we did not pay a single penny.  That was a very big help on Rogers/ pocket.  Not just that every event like our kids christening we held both in their house.  This is how good this family to my family. 

Dave was battling brain cancer for at least six months.  He was fighting to be alive but it his Gods call for him to go home to where he came from.  it was hard but it is better for him and for everyone.  He will no longer in pain.  The people like his wife Denise and kids will keep all the good memories he left.  He was a good man. 

The wake was last February 13th and the mass was February 14th.  the kids went with us.  It was a little bit hard on my kids as they remember him.  They used to teased my girls.  Overall they did well. 

Is it really time to say good bye or we just say see you later.  Either way we know Dave is now in Good hand.  His goodness will be kept in our heart forever.  To Dave thank you for everything you did to my family. Rest in Peace Dave.

What happen to Smorty

It’s been at least more than a week now since I can’t access to smorty site anymore.  Seems like they don’t exists anymore.  What happen was I emailed their support center because I had some post already been posted a month ago.  I was used to get paid every two weeks.  I was wondering what’s going on.  I emailed smorty and responded me saying what’s the reason why they did not pay me yet.  They just want to make it sure post still there I guess it happen a lot of time that blogger delete their post after they received their payment.  After I received that email I no longer able to access their website.  Maybe they block me or what?

Life is Too Short

We owe our life from God.  He can take this away from us anytime he wants. While we’re still alive, live life to the fullest.  Life is too short. 
 
Sometimes last year June 2011 Dave Denise’s’ husband had been diagnosed with brain cancer.  Everyone was surprised especially that we all thought he is healthy at least trying to be healthy.  His loss some weight because at least year before that he had by pass surgery because his artery was clogged.  Since he was diagnosed with brain cancer he starts deteriorating.  He lost some weight.  He is not taking his treatment well.  He was doing okay on the radiation part but once he start taking the chemo that’s it for him.  No improvement.  His body is not improving instead he was getting weaker and weaker. December we found out that Dave doctor told the family that he only has at least 3 to 6 months to live.  Now its February he is not eating anymore.  He wanted to go home.  As this maybe his last will the family agreed to send him home.  So looks like anytime now our phone will ring with a bad message.  It’s hard to let him go but for everyone’s sake the sooner the better.
 
This just tells me that life is too short.  We don’t know how long we live.  Don’t take everyone for granted.
 

Extra Curricular

Leona is loving the cabaret class. They are going to perform on their last day March 6th. Leona will deliver a sing by Selena Gomez. With Leona's excitement on having out of school activities made us realize we should enroll the girls on extra curricular activities. We already know they love to do karate, gymnastics. Leona love to do a singing lesson, guitar and even dance. Angel she is more interested on sports. Roger is thinking maybe we will put the girls to horse riding lesson. They lived riding on a horse. Every year our church have a yearly festival. One activity they have is horse ride. This is what the girls are looking forward every festival.

Talking about horse backriding lesson; Roger know someone who can hive a lesson to the girls. I just hope it won't cost too much as you I have to enroll not just one of my kids bit to be fair I have to enroll both of them. Having kids especially girls are a little bit expensive as you everyone are aware of girls like to be in fashion. So if they are both in horse backriding lesson I may need to have a lesson myself not on how to ride but I have to something more about horse riding I think a link like Manhattan saddlery review will able to clue me in what I need to be aware of simple thing as like equestrian apparell.

Actually right we did not decide yet about activities our girls to be with. We are waiting until Angelinas CCD class will be over then we will think what they really want to do.

Cabaret Class

Leona has been going to cabaret class since January 3rd. She is happy to be in this class. They always meet every Tuesday at 8:00pm but since the teacher cancel the class once they are starting the class 15 minutes early. The release time is 8:30pm. In the class they learn how to project their voice that if there audiencee the audience will hear their conversation with no problem.

On March for they will do a show. This will be the time we will able to see them do a little of acting and whatever they want to do like Leona decided to sing. She will be singing one of Selena Gomez's song the "who Said".

We can't wait to see her perform.

Need a new TV

Couple weeks ago my husband and I were talking to upgrade our TV. We have 3 TV in the house 2 are flat screen which both are about 40 inches and 1 a 31 inches but the old style the analog. We were thinking to buy a 50" for the living room and get rid of the analog.

As how our life always goes 1 of our TV which is jn the living room for a sudden not turning on. I just thought maybe it was because the remote battery needed to be replace. Tried turning it on using the power button from TV itself but not doing anything at all. And today here we go again another TV the one jn our bed room died as well. What is this both flat screen TV broke at the same time. Analog which supposed to be the oldest Tv we have in the. House still working with no any problem.

Having only 1 tv working in the house making everyone insane. Everyone trying to put their favorite tv show. And guess who win of course the girls.

Right now we can't wait to receive our tax refund so that we can buy new TV's.

My Son

My kids are always running in and out of the house. With young children it seems the doors are opening and closing. My son loves to go outside and play in the woods. I have never timed it, but it seems every five minutes he comes in to 'check-in' with mom! He will fly through the back door and run to the kitchen or whatever room I am in just to tell me his adventure story. I love that he goes out and explores, but it is clear that he still needs to check-in for some security. It is easy to get aggravated when I find the front door open for the tenth time in one day, but I know he won't always be my ten year old running in to show me what he found and I want to cherish these moments. It helped when we got Total Alarm Systems installed and I could hear when a dohome security michigan or was opened in our home. This helps me to share in my son's adventures without griping to him to shut the door!

Maylong 250 tablet

Last Christmas Roger and I gave the girls a tablet. We thought they deserve to have an android so as a nice gestures we did get 1 each for the girls. They both thrilled. The one that Leona has are working great except for Angel to which we have problem in connecting to wifi. It was working fine for a while and for a sudden it keep turning off the wifi connection and not able to find any available Internet connection. I tried anything to make it work. I have the last option; I reset it back to factory settings. Right not it is still restoring data back to factory reset. I just hope I did not screw it. This is what I get for buying a cheap one. I get what my money worth I guess.

Finally tablet is now reset back to factory settings. So far so good. Internet is set up. Wish me luck tomorrow. Hope it inter will continuously working.

Don't ask Don't Tell

My husband was used to be in the military service.  He told me how it is being in the service.  I understand it is not very easy.  One thing that surprise me was when I found out that guys go to shower together NAKED.  My reaction was naked?  Ohh I can't do that.  He even told me that even in school.  After gym especially once you're in higher grade maybe around high school after gym class everyone go to shower together naked.  yes naked.  I grow up in Philippines a country where most women are so conservative especially those from the provinces.  I never have any experience being naked in-front of other people other than my husband.  But wait except when I went  for my medical prior to coming over here in US.  That is why i don't know if I do agree on don't ask don't tell.  Because if i will go naked with other people I want to make it sure no one is looking at me in a malicious way. I have no against gay people but being around with them it made you so very uncomfortable.

Speaking of gay people.  As a woman I prefer to hang out with gays than to lesbian.  To me gays are more like a girl like me but a lesbian is a guy.  In Philippines I grow up hanging out with gay guys.  my dad was not happy with it.  As according to him gay are still guys they have dick.  But to me I treated more like my girl friends.  I gave them girl names.

By the way in Philippines you see gay guys anywhere.  If you go to salon mostly who works there are gays.  To me they do better job than a woman.  They gave you a hair style that looks good to you.  We look at them as norman human being we don't judge them because they are homosexual.

Wither you are homosexual or not still i don't want to be with other people in one shower especially going naked.  No way over my dead body.  how about you does it bothers you?

I Am In An Interracial Relationship

Interracial is used in reference to the mixing of people of different racial groups. If we say interracial relationship it is a relationship between two people of different races.

Interracial is a great opportunity to learn about another culture and have new experiences. Encourage your partner to share his/her culture with you and vice versa. Remaining open to new experiences will improve your chances of success.

It is very important to remain respectful at all times. Many people are sensitive about their cultures because it is an important part of who they are. Don't force your partner to try something or be critical when he or she wants you to try something new. This is one good thing between roger and I we are both respect each others culture and we introduce this to our girls.

Also remember that all cultures are different. You may not always understand something your partner says or does. Instead of responding with judgment, appreciate this uniqueness. Remember, one of the benefits of interracial relationships is this exposure to new perspectives. Once in a while i have a problem of communicating with my family because of my accent. Now that the girls are in school they start correcting my accent. I tried to correct it but its very hard.

There is this situation at work that until now still an issue for other people. I don't know why but people at work make it a big deal. When they found out that this person when she just started working with us she saw some pictures of Roger and I at his computer she made a comment like it is nice that Roger is in an interracial relationship. She added more to that comment that made other people offensive. especially to other people whom they have relationship with different race. Actually to me so what she made that comment. I do appreciate for people who have sympathy for us. At least I know they did not think any negative about me or Roger about our relationship.

I am proud to say "I Am In An Interracial Relationship". Roger and I are happy to be with each other. We are blessed with two beautiful girls. That's what its matter. We don't care what other people think.

Web Design

I have been doing blog since 2008 but honestly i don't know how to design my own site. I just got fortunate i did able to grab a free design.  I know couple people who did design their our blog.  my friend rose she own probably 5 blogs and she did all the design and made some for sale.  I was start getting it before but i stop for some reason. 

Roger my husband was start building his own site from the scratch.  I guess she was searching for some ideas on how to design your own website and what you have to do after.  It sounds easy but once you start doing it he got lost and got so frustrated.  having the kids around while he is trying to do something is not a help.  So he decided to take a rest.  Dunno when he will go back to it.  I told him some ideas, he only told me that there should be a better way.  So i just leave him alone to avoid arguments.

Republican Primary Election

My husband is a big time republican.  Lately he is so hooked up to TV.  Watching the debates in which seems like almost every night there is a debate.  For republican he is routing for Mitt Romney. It really doesn't matter to him who will be republican nominee for president.  He just want a running president who will run against Obama can defeat him.  He is not very happy on whats going on with US government. He is starting to educate my girls about politics.  He watch fox news 1st thing in the morning and before going to bed.  

Keeping intouch through Twitter

There are so many ways now to keep in touch with your love ones.  With today's generation we have social networking are big hits like facebook and twitter. Almost everyone has account any of this two popular social network at least the facebook.  Twitter account is a hit especially to people who have cell phone.  They can register their cellphone number and anyone friends they have in twitter that did post a twit they will received an automatic update.  You can post anything you want.

If you are one those people who like to keeping updates of their status and write like a novel. There is a mobile twitter alternative called writelonger.  In writelonger you will be able to write 140 characters at a time.  If you are a person who would love to keep connected and let other people in your friends lists to keep connected on what you are doing why not try using twitter and try using the writelonger.

As to my self i do have twitter account.  I am not 100% active to this social network.  but i do love to keeping an eye on my favorite celebrities on what they twit.  Especially my favorite Filipino celebrities.

Busy day for kids

Today was a full Saturday a busy day for the girls. Aside from snowing for most of the day. Angel had her 1st confession at 10AM to 12PM. Ryan their 1st cousins 12th birthday party. That held at Norrh Bowl; bowling alley right next door. They were ther from 12:30pm got home not until almost 4pm. They had stayed home for a while. They actually went outside play in the snow for a while untilthay can't handle the cold anymore. At 6:30pm they went to a father and daughter dance. By the time the dAnce was over they both so tired. We'll see how they do in the morning. We need to. Get up for church and for Angel to go to her CCD class.

Busy day but uet they were having fun. I know for sure I will be hearing a lot from Roger how tired he is. He is such a winy. :-)

Angel's 1st Confession

January 21st,2012 Angel had her 1st confession. One of the preparation for her to get herself ready for taking the holy Eucharist " 1st communion". She did very well. She made a list that only her and Fr. Bill the priest and god knew about her sin. As her request she had her 1st confession with Fr Bill.

To my Angel congratulations on your 1st confession.

Father and Daughters Dance

Roger and the girls went for a father and daughters dance.  The girls are so excited.  Every year they always looking forward for this school events.  This is the night where just Roger and the girls will be having fun. 

It will be all the girls floor tonight.  The dance floor is theirs.  They will be a slow dance and that will the time they will dance with their daddy.  For some fathers who have more than one girls is quite interesting to see.  Some girls wants just to dance with their dad alone.  For my kids hope they will take turn who will have the slow dance with their dad.  I am sure they will have fun.

For Leona this will be here 2nd to the last school year to have a father and daughter dance.  We'll see what they have at middle school.  Angel she is looking forward to go to father and daughter dance alone.  As she said it is nice to be the youngest.  :-)

Summer Family plan

Having snow in the ground mad me realize how much I love summer.  So many things you can do fun thing with the family and even do something around the house.  Every summer you always want something different.  For this summer 2012 I am thinking to have at least couple benches outside the house like Portable Bleachers. 

My one thing we love to the for past time at summer time is to hang out at the par.  Let the girls play for a while at the playground while mommy's or daddy's sitting around watch them while they're having fun. That is why how import it is to have some picnic tables even just a simple one like Aluminum Bleachers.  This could help some people like us who loves to have picnic at the park.

The only negative if you like to do picnic at the park is there are people loves to bring their dog.  They do bring their dog for a walk and if the do poop they just leave their pets waste right there.  It would also be nice for park to have an area for pets to play with, dog exercise equipment, or even a simple pet stations.   I know It costs money but it will benefit a lot of people. 


This is why i hate winter.  At winter you have to dress up in bundle to keep yourself warm.  And not to forget we will have a bunch of clothes to wash afterwards.  right now i am looking forward for summer to come.  My husband and i already have couple ideas on what we are going to do at summer. 

Wrist corsage

Tomorrow night the girls are going to a father and daughter dance. Leona and Angel are so excited. Dress all set up. They already picked what shoes they will wear. Both my girls requested for a corsage. 1st thing pop in my mind What? Corsage? You know how much this will cost? Now you guys really are asking me to spend money. I don't want have money for that. As Leona responded "typical mom". I was so shock dunno how to react when she said that. According to Roger if I can only see my face on how I did react when Leona said that. As Roger said the reason she said that because I always told them I don't have MONEY.

But anyway. I will try to make a corsage by myself. I only need to buy fresh flowers. We'll see from then. Wish me luck.

Finally it's snowing

Weather forecast saying it will be snowing but it will accumulate less than an inch only by the time we get up Friday morning. Just check outside and guess what it is already snowing outside. Snowing steady. We'll see if it is really an inch by morning. Anyway not gonna complain we are fortunate for this winter this the 1st heavy snow we have so far compare to what we had last year that around this time we have so much snow that we didn't know where to put them.

It might be snowing tonight and more on Saturday but hey month of January is almost over. Thank God. Weather will be start warming up.

It's bed time

 It's 11:00 O'clock at night yes it is time for me to go to bed.  My husband still watching fox news.  He is hooked up to TV because of the republican primary elections.  he is voting for Mitt Romney.  


Anyway good night before I forget i have to get up early tomorrow.  I have to work and need to wake up the girls get ready for school.  At least 2 more days and it will be weekend.  Yeah baby!!!!
