What a good surprise, I just found out that my page rank is back. From PR3 to PR0 now to PR2. Hey at least this blog already have a PR. The other good news is that my other blog as well the buzzy bee mom also have a PR3 now. Wow I am so happy. Now I will try to keep this rank. Roger my husband his Married with Children is now PR3. Are we lucky or what. 
Growing up poor is not easy. Base on all of my experience I don’t want my girls to go through what I been through. This is one reason why my husband and I have to work hard for our kids’ future. When his parents pass away we did received a good amount of money for his inheritance. Having that big amount of money was good. You are not going to worry if you have enough money in the bank to pay for all the bills. Roger put some of the money on a CD. Until a certain time we still have money. It is an excellent decision especially now that our economy is getting down. Putting money on a CD especially if you put it in a bank that offers you a good CD rates.
Places like emoneycentral.com will help you find banks and credit unions that offers excellent rates on savings, checking, and CD rates. Everybody will be able to compare rates on savings accounts, checking accounts, and CD accounts on their site. I am eager to find out what bank that gives you an interest on checking accounts. My bank right now, no way they are not offering any interest instead charge us a monthly fee.

What a day today, it was crazy at work. Almost feels like it is full moon. First day of the month as usual so busy. Tying to do the billing make it sure the bills are all done and be out on the mail. Everybody are trying to finish before time to go home. Luckily I was one of those can go home on time.
I love to have my own brand new car but as a first time driver a used one will do. When I just get married we used to buy used cars. My husband and I can’t afford to buy a brand new. Buying a brand new car is almost like buying a house that is how expensive cars are. Probably we went through 4 cars in eight years. All were a 2nd hand from his cousin or bought from a junkyard. Good thing his Dad knew how to fixed cars. Until when he passed away we have to think of getting a new one. Maybe every 5 years we have to trade in to a new one.
But as a first time driver with no experience better to have an old used one. Incase for accident reason you are not going to feel guilty that you break your cars. Easier to find another one for lesser price. Like if you live in UK there is a website you can look for a used cars. Used cars but only been used by previous owners for a couple years. You have different choices to choose from. With advice though, if you are buying a used car make it sure you check everything especially the engine. Bring it to a test drive see if you are comfortable driving the car.
