Who Does Not Love Oyster?

On my previous job we used to have clam bake every summer time. I love seafood’s. During clambake we had lobster, clams, and oyster. One thing I love on my oyster is deep it in a butter. Every Friday my husband loves to have his fish and chips, my kid’s loves fish and chips as well. But for me I prefer to have the fishers mans platter. Oysters are excellent source of zinc, vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acid. But individual have to watch out eating oyster because uncooked oyster not good for your health it may cause serious illness or even death. If you have liver disease, diabetes or a weak immune system, you should avoid raw oyster. Good thing I found this website http://beoysteraware.com where I able to find all this information. I still do eat oyster like the Gulf oysters that grow wild in the reefs of Louisiana. I still eat and you guys still eat your savory oyster treats raw, steamed, fried, charbroiled, grilled…. whatever your appetite desires, just BE OYSTER AWARE!
