A Surprise birthday party

Last March 10th some of my good friends did a surprise birthday party. It was so nice of them. I must done something that is why they did this for me. It was a very nice party. It was my 1st birthday party since I got here in US.

Everyone brought foods. We have ton of foods. That was a ideal party for me that I did not worry kn what I will be cooking.

I maybe aware of this party but still I was surprise. I only expect few friends but a lot of friends came over.

For this 36th birthday this is one of the memorable birthday.

Happy Birthday to my best friend

My BFF Cindy just turn 33 last 25th.  We had her party yesterday here at my place.  it was indeed a success party.  I am prety sure she had fun and so did everyone who came. 

I've known Cindy for 4 years.  We are both from the same island in Philippines.  We meet through my best friend sister Jess.  After the 1st time we meet we never had communication.  We saw each other again thru our common friends Shine party.  When Cindy had her 2nd child;  I was surprised when the ask me to be their daughters Godmother.  I was glad and so as Roger because unexpectedly he is the Godfather.  After that Cindy and I been getting to know each other until came to the point that we feel at least I did feel that she is more like a mother of my godchild but she become my bestfriend. 

Cindy is a very good person.  I am glad that God gave her to my life.  She is a friend that everyone wanted to have.  Hoping we will be friend forever.  So far no issue yet that came and hope there will be none.

Day of Good News

Yesterday was the day of good news to me. Finally I received a response from INS about my mothers Visa Application. Now we need to fill up DS-230 and let my mom sign one of the papers and let me worry myself on filling everything. Once everything is all set, as her agent, I will mail the DS-230 together with the supporting documents back to NVC National Visa Center in New Hampshire. Hopefully after a month we will receive a schedule for her interview. I will keep my fingers cross that everything will go smoothly accordingly. right now everybody are excited for her to be here with us especially my kids.


About my blog, it’s been doing good I have people whom I am keeping in touch with like Maya, Rosemarie1, Maridee and Dexie. It is nice meeting new friends even only here in blog world. I did talk to Dexie couple time I know I made her day. Her husband heard her loud laugh every time we talked. For Maya her messages are always keeping an excitement on me on checking what she has for me. I love all here messages. I can feel it really came from within the heart. Rose she is always my sister we are not related in blood but the friendship we have is almost we are. Just sad to say probably we will not meet personally. Maridee as soon as she shared to me her secret, right then I told myself she is a good friend because even she don’t know me that well she shared her secret to me. Which means she trusts me and I want her to keep on trusting me? Maridee is also a sister to me I love her dearly. A good friend never lies to her friend. Be always honest. That is one important for me in a friendship.

Good news is always good right? Who does not like to receive any good news? I will truly give bright color of your day. Like mine it surely did. I can’t wait for my mom to be here with us. I with Gods will she will be here with us.
