Happy Birthday to my best friend

My BFF Cindy just turn 33 last 25th.  We had her party yesterday here at my place.  it was indeed a success party.  I am prety sure she had fun and so did everyone who came. 

I've known Cindy for 4 years.  We are both from the same island in Philippines.  We meet through my best friend sister Jess.  After the 1st time we meet we never had communication.  We saw each other again thru our common friends Shine party.  When Cindy had her 2nd child;  I was surprised when the ask me to be their daughters Godmother.  I was glad and so as Roger because unexpectedly he is the Godfather.  After that Cindy and I been getting to know each other until came to the point that we feel at least I did feel that she is more like a mother of my godchild but she become my bestfriend. 

Cindy is a very good person.  I am glad that God gave her to my life.  She is a friend that everyone wanted to have.  Hoping we will be friend forever.  So far no issue yet that came and hope there will be none.

Plan for the Weekend

This will be another busy weekend for Roger and I; as usual party, grocery and some
extra things to do on the side.

• Roger will be bringing Angelina to her CCD class.
• Pick up couple things I needed for the party like the utensils and drinks.
• Saturday January 29th; we will be having a birthday party for my friend in my house.
• I will be having at least 20 people, another full house. One thing I like on this party, not only it is in my place, I will not be doing a lot of cooking. I will cook couple dishes and that’s it.
• Sunday will be church in the morning and maybe we will be going to a kid’s birthday party. We’ll see if I can sweet talk to my husband; which always no problem. It all depends on me.

This will be more likely what will happen on my weekend.

Thank God It's Friday

We all survive this week. This is a very long week being at week. We all used to work,
work and work mostly no time to take our breaks. But this week? We are run out of
things to do. Surprisingly we made it through this week. If this week so boring how
much more next week. I may start doing my resume.

Temperature of below zero

Yesterday was so very called outside. Roger and I went to work late. It was too cold that end up bringing the girls to school. As a mother I was worried for my girls. Every time I talked to my husband how cold out him always relate the temperature way back when he was a kid, which I hate it. I don’t care if he was cold or not then, I am looking after what’s good for my girls.

Frost bite is what I am more concern. Base on what the news keep saying that the temp

is below zero. Don’t let the kids wait to long in the stop for more than 10 minutes. In

which just walking through the bus stop it will take them 10 minutes and of course they

have to wait how long I don’t know.

Everyone dress up in layers.  Girls looking like ninja's but who cares the important is they dress up warm. 

Anyway I was glad that Roger decided to drive the kids to their school. Their safety is

more important.

 

 

I Hate Snow

I know it is winter but we already have too much snow.  Every week since the start of the year 2011 we always have snow storm.  It was beautiful at first but now we already had enough.  Once again next week we be having another snow storm.  Kids already have 2 snow days.  They may end up going to school until July.  For husband and i we can't just call out from work everytime it snowed.  

This is the worst snow I have experienced.  Not only it is cold but the driving condition is sucks, especially that our car the blower is broken.  I have to bundle up to keep myself warm. 

I can't wait for summer at least spring for now.  SNOW go somewhere.
