You Got Fired

Having a full a kids and a full time job is not easy. I need somebody to watch over my kids. Send and pick up my daughter at the bus stop. I have one right now, she is an american but so many little things that I am not happy. I am not picky when it come to who takes good care of my kids. I want to make it sure that they both are fine. While I'm at work I'm not going to wonder how are they doing. My babysitter right now is great with them. I know she loves them and my kids likes her. It just that she smokes, she said she doesn't smoke infront of the kids only in her bedroom. What she think of us not smart? The smokes got a brain not to go outside her bedroom? Things like this. Most of the time We have to keep knocking on her door, we have to wake her up that hello we already here the kids are here. Can you wake up now. Sometimes before she opened her door she already have a lighted cigarette on her hand. When it come to how clean the house, for her as long as you still have a spotless area that is clean. Things like this are not good influence for my kids. Ske keep telling us that she used to be a preschool teacher, but guess what her daughter who is the same age goes to the same chool and class with my daughter, having a hard time. Can't even talked right for her age 6 years old she still talking a babytalk. So much on these negative issues. At least I found a new one who can babysit my kids.

Liza finally volunteer to watch my kids. I been waiting for this day. I know with her my kids are fine. She can even discipline my kids. It will be a big jump for her and her husband but I know they all be having fun to be together. At least now Liza going to have an experience how it is to have a kids. My kids loves them. They are now excited that Liza is the one who will babysit them. Starting next week February 18th, she will be my officially babysitter. The other one She is fired.
