What a surprise

Once again it's been a while I did not visit this blog.  I was just lazy to post something.  Also I am addicted to face booking, i know i admit it.  Good thing i was having an emotion issue that i can't express what i feel in facebook.  Then i will not able to find out this blog has a page rank of 3 again. 

I was excited now maybe i can start posting ang making money in this blog.  just on time for christmas.

Coin Collector

Before I meet my husband I love to collect coins from different country.  Not knowing that i will marry a guy who have the same hobby.  I was amazed on how many coins he have.  he ven have special container and invidividual cases of them. While looking each one by one i found at least a couple bullion coins.

The coins he have is of course better that what I have.  I guess he been collecting all of these coins from different countries.  My husband use to stay in Germany and this is where most of his coins collections are from.  There are time I was thinking how much did he spend in all of this coins.  How much a gold bullion you think cost that he able to have this in his collection.

I don't mind him having all this coins until now.  Never know if we really need money so bad, we can sell some of his coins.  This might be worth something.  There are so many places around who will  buy bullion coins.  After all being a collector is a great hobby at all.

I Can't find my backpack

As soon as I get in the house I heard my daughter Angel crying.  She was so upset because she can't find her backpack.  She been home for almost 4 hours and just realize that her backpack is nowhere to be found.

Trying to help her retrack what she did before she took off from school bus.  She was 100% sure , she was carrying her backpack.  But my mom who picked them up at the bus can't tell us either if she have her backpack w/ her.  I can't believe it not even one of them did not noticed that she lost her backpack.

We are not so worried because we are very sure that the school bus driver will keep it somewhere safe.  And Angel will get it back on Friday because tomorrow is holiday and no school.  We will make it sure to call the school as well.

This just tells me that she is not responsible enough to take care of her stuff.  I better ask her sister to double check everytime they get off from that school bus. 

Baby Sitting

Why it is cost so much to let other baby sit your kids while your at work.  I been through to this.  Before my mom came in US to live with us.  I have other people to watch my kids while I was at work.  I was just so lucky that I have a very good neighbor that willing to watch my kids for not much under the table. We were paying her $300/wk for 2 kids.  That was a big help for us.  If I had to bring them to day care it will cost us more. 

Now i have here a friend who have a 1 year old daughter.  My mom is watching her daughter from 6AM to 6PM for $100 a week.  When my mom ask her to increase the fee to $150.  She trying to scare my poor mom that she will claim the fees during tax time.  It was not fair.  you think $150 a week to watch a 1 year old is too much?  Try bringing your kid to a real day care you will see how much it will cost.  Not counting how they will take good care of your kid. 

I felt bad about my mom.  I think she been abused.  By the way now they both agreed to pay her $125 a week and not to file a claim at tax time.  But between my husband and i we are not hapy with whats going on.

what is Sex?

At a curious mind my 8 years old daughter asked us What is sex ? She been hearing this word from TV shows, and on some music they been listening to. This is the 1st time she asked us this. As parents we did not know what to say. She kinda answer her own question which she is referring to gender(male & female). It is now a question brought to our attention at to what age we have to discuss this thing to her. She is a very smart girl. I don't want her to find this things from her friends. I know it will become one lesson she will learn in school. Is this a topic that she prefer to hear from me or from her dad or maybe from both. When this time come I hope we can explain it to her with a sense that she will understand.

Being a parent is not easy. You can't predict what question(s) that your kids will asks. Kids now are very smart in their own way.
