Last week we visited our best friend in Fall River, Massachusetts. The guy who owns the house where they live showed us his whole house. It was so beautiful. Everything he own worth something. They are most collectibles. He collects valuable things from different countries. One that makes my husband excited was when he started showing us his coin collections. Everyone not aware off my husband is a coin collector. I can see in his eyes how much he was amazed looking at each one of the coins. I was curious where did he buy gold coins. But I did not ended up asking him this question because I left the two talking about their common collection.

Knowing US Coins
Been here in US for over 8 years but until now I am still confused about their coins. I know which one are 25 cents, 10 cents, 5 cents, and 1 cent. If you will ask me about dime, nickel, pennies give me a minute to think first. I am still not sure which one which. About quarter I have no problem I been using this a lot before when I used to do my laundry at a laundry place. Reason why because I am spoiled in using my card in any store. I don’t carry any cash with me. What are the reasons to carry cash wherein I can use my card anywhere?
My daughter Leona is learning about coins. She asked me if I can teach her about coins but I told her this time to asks help from her dad. She laughs at me when I told her the reason why. I will not surprise that in the near future Leona will be better than me about calling the coins in a certain name.
Anyone here is like me. How are you knowledge about recognizing US coins or coins from the country you are now aside from Philippines of course?
