Sedona Method

Have anyone heard Sedona Method? I heard it just recently when I was browsing over Internet I bumped to this site Sedona.com . The Sedona Method is simply a technique to let go of unwanted feelings; emotions and everything else that is holding you back. There are a lot of people out there that are keeping something. I have a neighbor a single mom whom for over 6th years she still expecting to get back together with her daughters father. She goes for a special therapy because according to her she is depressed. My comment to that is grow up, accept the fact that he left you, why focus on being a mother to her daughter and pretty sure a right man will come unexpectedly. This Sedona method is great for her. Me myself I know there are times that I been holding myself on something. Like at work most people I work with are Americans, there are times especially if we are in a group of conversation I want to say something but I am not sharing because deep inside I have this doubt that what if they don’t understand what I am going to say. There are times that they have hard time understanding my accent because I pronounce the word different from how they say it. I don’t want to embarrass my self-infront of everybody. I know I should not feel this way correction is better for me. I think me myself need to do this Sedona method as well.

American Idol Give Back

Tonight American Idol has special show for charity purpose. It is a telethon, people will call and pledge an amount they can give. The money will go to the selected charity. They have big stars as their guests like Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Carried Underwood and some other stars. Overall a very succesful show. One thing that amazed me was their closing song the Shout to the Lord, this is my family's favorite Christian song. Good thing I tivo the show so that I can show it to my kids some time. Every time I heard this song, I don't know why but it gives me ghost bump and I feel like to cry. Is it just me or what.

But anyway back to American Idol the result show will be tomorrow. Who you think the next to go?

I used to play cards with my family way back when I single. I love to play solitaire online as my pass time. For my my kids we love to play cards.

I Got the Blog Of the Day

Every morning before I’m heading out to work, I have to check what tasks I can grab, check my blogs see that left me messages. This morning I have a couple people Rose and Grace congratulate me being the blog of the day. I had no idea what they are talking about, who me, where they found that message, maybe only in Philippines that they can view it. I checked my dashboard and there you go I found my face. I said to Roger good thing then I put a nice picture of me if not everybody will view my ugly face. Hahahaha.

Thank you PPP my comments are what are their criteria on knowing who will be the blog of the day, and hey if I m the blog of the day where is my tasks? Task or a good task that has a good payout will be appreciated. Right now I am hungry with task from PPP. Hopefully by the time I got home I have tasks or am task waiting for me. I am writing this here at work, keep watching make it sure no one is watching me, hehehehe. I just got my raise so I have to keep my performance in great shape.
