Surprise! Surprise!
Before year 2007 ended our company merged with the other company. Many changes that occurred. People got promoted some got fired for the reason that they no longer needed on their position, some people quit because they have a better job offer from the other company, and some quit because they are not happy with the company or they did not get paid much as they suppose to get.
Somewhere last week on my department, we received an email from our manager announcing the promotion on one of our colleague. From being a Billing Associate II to supervisor. She been here in the company for over 10 years I guess she deserve the promotion. And just this morning before 10:30am, they told a big announcement that everybody was surprised. Our Manager has a great job offer outside our company. This means she is living us. On the good side we are happy for her, but sad because she is living us. The only thing I can say I am so thankful on her for the job she gave me. She is the one open up my career.

Home Light Fixtures
My husband’s cousin just bought a house. A fixed-up house which means a house that needs a lot of works. They’re newly wed and I could say they got enough money to fixed-up the house they way they want. They put new floor, paint the entire wall, inside and out, they build a walk-in closet with a very nice light fixtures and a ceiling fan with a ceiling light fixtures as well. They finished up the basement, add a mini bar for them to serve beverages if they have company, this will be their living room area. They added an excellent outdoor lighting fixture. I love the chandelier in their dining area. They put a track light in their kitchen, the better lights the better to do around the kitchen area. The most important is their master bath wow I love it. The light fixtures they have give a lot of light in the bathroom. All of these lighting fixtures they bought it at http://www.farreys.com/. Somebody recommended this site to them.

Bells Palsy
Three years ago I end up with Bells Palsy. Bells Palsy is the malfunction of your nerve that affect part or whole of your face. No scientifically explanation on what the cause. When it happened to me, my 1st symptoms were I had a bad neck pain. I thought I had a high blood. They after day its gets worst and noticed that the line between my lips and my nose were not inline. I started to get worried. But on that the same day I couldn’t blink my eyes either and can’t feel any pain if I pinch my own face. My first thought was, am I going to be paralyzed. I went to emergency room. To find out what’s wrong with my face.
Bell's palsy is a temporary paralysis of your face. That may affect one or both sides of your face. Symptoms are twitching, weakness, or paralysis, drooping eyelid or corner of the mouth, drooling, dry eye or mouth, impairment of taste, and excessive tearing in the eye. There is really no treatment that can eliminate the source of the nerve damage. But the doctor may prescribe Prednisone, to reduce inflammation and swelling. It usually gets better and better every day. With or without treatment, most individuals begin to get better within 2 weeks after the initial onset of symptoms and recover completely within 3 to 6 months. May or may not come back once you recover.
Bas on my experience mine took at least couple months for my face kinda looks normal. When I had the bells palsy I did not want to go out the house. I keep wearing an eye mask and keep putting eye drop on my eyes to avoid dryness. My daughter used to call me pirate mama. Thanks God that I am now 99% better. Once in a while I felt twitching especially on my eyes.
