Our Family Vacation Dream

My husband and I are not rich. What we only want is that enough money to live on. Not to worry anything but to spend time and do fun thing as a family. Once we receive the utility bill just write a check and mail it out. I know it is only an illusion. Nothing wrong with that right?

Sometimes we wish that we’d won a lottery so that we will be living rich. Not literally rich but for us to be able to do everything we want. Not to worry going to work anymore. But instead going to places we wanting to go like Italy. Whose individual dont want to go to Italy. Once you heard this name first thing came into your mind is that some day I will go to this country. When that time comes don't hesitate to search over internet about good prices for flight and even hotel rooms in Italy. The cheaper the better right? My family wants to go to Rome as well. My Uncle went to Rome almost every year to meet the Pope John Paul II. That is why ever since I always wanting to go to Rome. I am not sure but I thought he uses this one to reserve hotel room in Rome. We wanting to go to Venice and Milan. I know in Milan there are a lot Filipinos who live and work in there. What we really want is not too much right? I know this is an everybody’s dream. Once you have money you can do whatever you want. In who said and who don’t believe that money is not important in this era are crazy. Especially living in a country, which anywhere you turn, you need money.

One of these years I will be going to this places. But for now footage from a movie is good enough to keep my dreams going.

Mortgage

Buying properties at this time is not easy. I’m guessing not only here in Massachusetts but around the world. The houses cost so much. That it is not easy lately to get a mortgage. Before you qualify, the mortgage company will do check your credit score first. Just like buying a house you have to pick the best mortgage company who can give you the best low rate. Not trying to screw you in the future. Like base on our experience, my husband use to be real estate agent, he had this client whom he recommend to another friend who is the Vice president of a Mortgage company, to get a best mortgage which with the low rates at that time should have been a fixed rate. But someone convinced her to forget about the stability of a fixed rate to go with a variable rate, which allowed her to buy a more expensive home. When the rates went up she is like many Americans today found herself in the foreclosure process.

With this experience you need a best company that look out what’s the best for you, for your need and not by their greed. Open your eyes listen to what others are telling you. Especially for first time home buyers be aware, yes you might get a very nice house but can you afford to pay it forward. So better take your time do more searching and comparing the mortgages.

Thinking About Relocating

Eight years ago I came into America to live with my husband and to start a family of our own. At first I live with my in-laws for a couple months. We start looking for a house and we realized how expensive the houses around here. Living in these States that everything taxable, the reason why they called this States Taxachussetts instead of Massachusetts. According to my cousin who lives in Texas said that people who live in Ma. Are rich because even how expensive to live here, we still choose to stay. Not knowing that how many people think of moving out. And a lot of retirees live somewhere warm, not only cheap to live in there but the prices are reasonable.

How many time my husband and I thought of moving south. We are looking properties through real estate online. Comparing what area is the best for us. The most important is to consider what jobs that are available in the area. Also we prefer to move to an area where we can do something fun for the family like in Atlanta, which they have the largest aquarium.

If we really moved we really have to find an agent in the area first that willing to help us. Like in Arizona I know somebody who lives there that can help us if that’s where we want to move. But our top of the list is Texas where I have couple cousins lives in the area and my husband’s father lives in Texas too. We have many choices to go if we really want to move.
