Exercising is the best way to loss weight. Due to busy schedule people have a hard time and even have no time at all. Almost everybody I know is working from 7 to 7 and I am one of them. The only exercise I can get is walking around during my work break time and it is only 15 minutes twice a day. It is getting too ridiculous that even trying to loss weight is getting hard. I know there is no reason of being lazy. It is easy to gain weight but losing this weight is very hard.
I have been hearing a lot of people taking diet pills just to lost weight. I heard both the good and the bad result of it. Due to the urge of wanting to loose weight with less exercise sometimes people has to take a bullet by taking diet pills. My sister who is in the Philippines I know she told me that she is taking one. I don’t know if it is necessary for her to take diet pills. Where in fact she is skinny enough compare to American weigh.
