New Hair day

It was a very nice day today. I woke this with pouring rain on my roof and a loud thunder that shakes my house. It did not last that long, it’s a good thing. We usually do our grocery shopping on a weekend but instead we went to hair salon to have my haircut done. I been wanting to do it for months now but due to busy schedule I never done it for it is not really my priority until I noticed that my hair are growing like a weed. I only cut 3 inches and keep the length of my layers. Have your hair wash, shampoo, cut, blow dry and style here in US is so expensive, plus you have to give a tip to your hairdresser. That is to me I only have to do it every 6 months. I hate to waist money just for my hair.

At least now I am happy, and wait till 6 moths for my next visit to salon. What I need to do now is to color my hair again because some black hair are showing up and not to mention grays in there too. hehehehe How about you how often you cut your hair?

Almost a year now since I am working on the place where I am now. I am happy with what I do. It is a little bit challenging for me and that’s what I want. Thanks God the writers strike is over. I am tired of watching kids shows with our daughters.

There are times that they have hard time understanding my accent because I pronounce the word different from how they say it. I don’t want to embarrass my self-infront of everybody. I know I should not feel this way correction is better for me. I think me myself need to do this Sedona method as well.

American Idol Give Back

Tonight American Idol has special show for charity purpose. It is a telethon, people will call and pledge an amount they can give. The money will go to the selected charity. They have big stars as their guests like Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Carried Underwood and some other stars. Overall a very succesful show. One thing that amazed me was their closing song the Shout to the Lord, this is my family's favorite Christian song. Good thing I tivo the show so that I can show it to my kids some time. Every time I heard this song, I don't know why but it gives me ghost bump and I feel like to cry. Is it just me or what.

But anyway back to American Idol the result show will be tomorrow. Who you think the next to go?
