Busy Weekend

Today is a busy day for me. I woke up early instead of getting my weekend beauty sleep. First thing I did check if I there is a tasks for me, luckily I got from PPP. I did my major clean up around the house. Tomorrow will be another party for my daughter Angel. This time will be for the family and close friends. I did my cooking so that I will not be going crazy tomorrow. I cook spaghetti meatballs; I made my own sauce with meatballs, kielbasa, and Italian sausage. I made lasagna, embutido (pork roll), spring roll, macaroni salad, and did cook a spare ribs for an hour so that once I cook them tomorrow its will be really good you can eat it take off from the bone. Tomorrow I will only warm up all this foods; and prepare the appetizers like veggie and chip dip. And prepare the garden salad.

I took a little break. Did family fun time we went sledding. The kids love it and I love it too. We only sled for an hour because Angel was starting to cough. This is one problem of her playing long outside in cold weather she will be coughing. As far as I know she has no asthma problem.

By the time I did my cooking, went to sledding back to cooking next thing I knew time to cook for our dinner but no space for stove to prepare our dinner so we order food. An hour after it was time for my kids to go to bed. Good thing they behave well today, there might be fight once in a while but overall they good. They did clean up their room by themselves. Its 10:30PM I am so tired got to go to bed everybody. Well post some photo of foods and happenings of tomorrow’s event. Good night and have fun. God Bless to you all.

What A Snowy Day

Yesterday snowed for whole day. Couple days before news media saying that it will going to start snowing somewhere Friday afternoon. Guess what it started early in the morning and did not stopped. The road on going home was scary, we just drove slowly taking our time, luckily people left earlier so by the time we left work at 5PM almost nobody on the road. There were couple side road that was slippery that the car had to skidding a little bit. I was so felt relieve when we got home. Because the whole ride was a hearth pounding. I am still not use to this kind of weather and who does even American hate it.
